We are currently looking for a Junior Media Officer to join our Corporate Affairs & Communication Division team in Athens, Greece.

 

By joining this role, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of media projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategies and objectives.

 

Your role will encompass

  • Monitor and update the progress of media projects, to meet established timelines and objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute media campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure billing procedures run smoothly, including managing and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.
  • Proofread and revise contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support the team with data processing, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Prepare and distribute competition monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop media content, providing input and feedback as needed to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in related field.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent user of the MS Office suite.
