We are currently looking for a HSE Supervisor to join our team in Turek - Adamów Power Plant.
Your roles will encompass:
- Supporting the implementation of the Project HSE BIOZ, Environmental and Waste Management Plans.
- Maintaining HSE procedures, instructions and documentation in line with regulatory and site requirements.
- Conducting regular site inspections, internal reviews and monthly HSE audits.
- Acting as the main HSE interface with Project Management and the Site HSE Manager.
- Monitoring compliance, identifying non-conformities and driving corrective actions.
- Collecting and reporting HSE KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ESG requirements.
- Identifying and managing major site risks and hazards.
- Leading or supporting HSE and environmental incident investigations.
- Promoting accountability, integrity and positive safety behaviors on site.
What you bring to the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in an HSE managerial role, including 3 years in large construction or heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of Polish legislation and European HSE regulations.
- Solid understanding of prevention principles and Working at Heights requirements.
- Experience managing subcontractors in construction environments.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English; Polish or Greek will be considered an asset.
