We are currently looking for a HSE Intern to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN in Milan. The candidate will support the HSE Team in the digitalisation and standardisation of HSE processes across renewable energy projects. A key focus of the role is supporting the transition to a structured HSE management system, improving data quality, consistency, and operational control.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of an HSE management software across projects.
- Actively contribute to the transition from spreadsheets and manual trackers to the HSE system, including:
- mapping existing spreadsheets and data flows
- supporting data clean-up, migration, and validation
- ensuring data consistency and traceability
- Support the configuration of the system at project level, aligned with operational needs.
- Assist in the development of SOPs and practical guidance for system use.
- Contribute to HSE reporting and performance monitoring in multi‑contractor project environments.
