We are looking for a Contract Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support throughout the tender process, ensuring that all required documentation and inputs are collected, organised, and submitted accurately and on time.
Your Role will encompass:
- Coordinate day-to-day tender activities, supporting the preparation and submission of bids
- Collect, organize, and track required documentation from internal teams (technical, procurement, legal, etc.)
- Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted according to client requirements
- Maintain tender documentation, checklists, and submission trackers.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of inputs
- Support final submission preparation, ensuring all documents are complete and properly compiled.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Senior Coordinator and Tender Manager
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in contract administration, tender coordination, bid management, or a similar role would be beneficial
- Experience in EPC, construction, energy, or engineering projects would be considered an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different internal teams
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
