We are currently looking for a Facilities Clerk – External Services to join our Facilities Management team in Athens, Greece.
By joining this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the company's offices and facilities by managing a wide range of external administrative and operational tasks. You will serve as a key point of coordination between the company and external organizations, ensuring that requests are completed efficiently and on time.
Your role will encompass:
- Handle external administrative tasks and company errands with public and private organizations
- Coordinate courier collections and deliveries, including the transportation of documents, equipment, and supplies
- Support office and facility needs through the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and consumables
- Manage visits to banks, public authorities, ministries, and other external entities on behalf of the company
- Assist in the coordination of facility-related requests and operational activities
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned external tasks while maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of offices and business units
- Safely operate company vehicles and travel as required to complete assigned duties
What you bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a facilities, administrative support, office services, or similar operational role
- Valid driving license and confidence in driving both company vehicles and private vehicles when required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with public services, banks, and administrative procedures will be considered an asset
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
