We are currently looking for a VPP Client Services Coordinator to join Joule our new energy software company, part of our Integrated Energy Utility Division, based in Paiania.
By joining this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of VPP services, supporting client onboarding, platform administration, data quality, and service coordination. You will act as a key link between clients, operations, technical, and field teams, ensuring customer requirements are addressed effectively and new projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client requests related to the VPP platform, including onboarding, access, data updates, and service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and asset data within the VPP platform, including data quality checks, spreadsheets, databases, and operational reporting.
- Coordinating customer service requests and following up with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution and effective service delivery.
- Supporting new customer projects by coordinating resources, timelines, documentation, inventory availability, technician scheduling, and site readiness.
- Collaborating with Development, Operations, Engineering, Technical Support, Inventory, and Field Services teams to resolve issues, fulfill customer requirements, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client services, operations coordination, technical support, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong data management and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, renewable energy technologies, VPPs, energy management systems, or SCADA platforms will be considered an asset.
