Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a Civil Engineering Manager to join our Techincal & Procurement team in M  - RESET business unit.    

Your role will encompass:

  • Lead and monitor civil design activities for PV and BESS projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget, quality standards, and technical requirements
  • Review and optimize technical solutions to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and scalable project execution across regions
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company engineering procedures while driving continuous improvement of civil design processes
  • Support the assessment and implementation of new technologies, products, and market requirements, adapting global technical solutions to regional project needs
  • Manage, mentor, and develop regional engineering teams, promoting collaboration, technical excellence, and high performance
  • Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resources, and project deliverables
  • Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Support risk management, lessons learned processes, construction support activities, and site visits to enhance project execution and continuous improvement
  • Participate in technical negotiations with clients, suppliers, and third parties, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives
  • Support contract planning, technical due diligence activities, and supplier/vendor evaluation processes related to civil and mechanical scope

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of PV, BESS and/or MV-HV Construction projects, Analysis and Consulting in the field of Civil Engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office,  CAD Design Software (Autocad, Civil 3D)Programming skills are beneficial
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Quality results oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills
