We are currently looking for a Civil Design Coordinator to join our Therman Power & HVDC division based in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
- Coordination of all civil studies related to the project
- Coordination with the Engineering Project Team and Project Management Team
- Coordination and follow-up of subcontractors and external designers
- Management of subcontractor contracts and related deliverables
- Review and submission of drawings and technical documentation to the client
- Monitoring of the approval process and ensuring document compliance with project requirements
- Submission of construction drawings and provision of technical support to the site team
- Monitoring of project and design schedules, progress records, and issuance of technical documents (Civil Design Criteria, RFQs, etc.)
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position (power, oil & gas sector)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent Knowledge of Autocad
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office
- Experience and knowledge of software such Revit, Tekla, Navisworks. shall be considered an additional asset
- Critical thinking & troubleshooting capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to travel occasionally
