- Construction Leadership:
Lead, plan, and oversee all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring full alignment with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements. - Team & Subcontractor Management:
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and adherence to contractual obligations. - Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track construction progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and invoicing. - Constructability & Execution Strategy:
Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality delivery. - Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and project QA/QC requirements, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality on site. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the key point of contact for electrical construction matters, liaising with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects (e.g. CCGT, OCGT, substations, HV systems).
- Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors in complex construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems installation, constructability, and site execution best practices.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and international codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
