We are currently looking for a Site HSE Advisor to join our project team in Turek, Poland.
Your role will encompass:
- Supporting the implementation and day-to-day monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental controls on site.
- Ensuring site activities are carried out in line with applicable legislation, project HSE requirements, the Construction Phase Plan, and the project Safe Management System.
- Monitoring direct and subcontractor works to ensure safe systems of work are properly applied.
- Conducting site HSE inspections, audits, and safety checks, ensuring corrective actions are followed up and closed.
- Reviewing and support the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, providing practical HSE input to construction teams.
- Supporting incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE briefings as required.
- Participating in daily contractor meetings and provide HSE advice to the EPC/site team.
- Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across the project.
- Collecting and preparing HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for internal and client reporting purposes.
What you bring to the role:
- Previous experience as an HSE professional in construction, energy, electrical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Good understanding of HSE processes, site safety controls, audits, inspections, and incident investigation.
- Experience in construction projects is essential; energy-related project experience will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with project teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to support safe execution of works on site.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office. First Aid certification and driving license will be considered an advantage.
- NEBOSH, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 auditor certification, or equivalent HSE qualifications will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in Polish and good command of English would be highly desirable for site coordination and reporting.
